At Rapid Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
